Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard drop off time is between 8-10 AM and pick up between 4:30-6:00. We do allow early pick up upon request. To guarantee pick up before 1:30 PM is an additional $15. 

When your pup is not actively receiving services, they hang out in one of three places - their suite, one of the play yards or in the office. For the safety of all our clients, only dogs from the same family are allowed to play together. All dogs receive one on one enrichment with our staff in between services, in the play yard and office. They have the opportunity to go potty in the play yard multiple times through out the day and access to water all day thanks to our Dog Care Specialist. This person is in charge the wellness and comfort of your pup for the duration of their stay. Their whole job is to make sure all of our pups are happy and watched over in between services. 

If your pup cannot be kenneled, please let us know so we can make special arrangements to fit their needs. This may come with extra cost if necessary. 

The comfort and safety of our clients are the highest priority for us. We are committed to positive grooming experiences for every dog. We work diligently to meet the needs of every pup that walks through the door. 

Since they cannot speak to us, they communicate via body languague. Our staff is trained to recognize when a dog is stressed or scared. We will not forcefully complete any service, but instead try to work through your dog's fear with them. We will sit with them, build bonds, use distraction techniques and other desensitization techniques to complete difficult sections of the grooming process. 

We have open communication with our clients about your dog's fears and what we are able to and not able to complete. If your dog is putting themselves at risk for injury, we will stop the grooming process. We will work with you on how to desensitize at home to further your dog's confidence in the grooming process. 

Curly haired dogs take significantly more time to groom. From blowdrying, to brushing, to styling - their coats require a much more intensive process. To compensate for the extra work involved, we ask that our curly haired clients invest more into their groom. 

Our prices reflect the experience your dog receives at our salon. We have more staff than the typical grooming salon, so we can ensure our clients are safe and comfortable. Having extra staff around allows us to ensure the dogs are not kenneled the entire day. We use high quality products and tools to make sure your dog is
